Do you provide event services in Riyadh and the Eastern Province?
Yes. We regularly deliver events in Riyadh, Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail and Al Ahsa, and we also work in Jeddah, Madinah, Qassim, Tabuk, NEOM, Yanbu, Jazan and Bahrain.
Do you work with companies based outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We support international companies and event organisers that need to run an event in the Kingdom without a local office. We act as the local production team, handling venues, suppliers, equipment, crew and on-site management, and we report to your team remotely.
Can you deliver events for audiences that speak other languages?
Yes. Our crews work with audiences of every background in the Kingdom. Alongside Arabic and English, we can arrange hosts, interpreters, voice-over, subtitles and event materials in languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Filipino.
Can I book only LED screens or sound without full event management?
Yes. Every item can be rented on its own, with delivery, installation, an on-site technician and dismantling included in the quotation.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks suits most corporate events and rentals. Festivals and large exhibitions need more time. We accept urgent requests when equipment and crew are available.
